What is Your Return Policy?
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be in their original, sealed packaging and must not have been opened, used, or altered in any way. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety regulations.
What items are non-refundable?
For the protection of our customers and to maintain the highest standards of product quality, some items cannot be returned or refunded. Please note the following exclusions:

Opened products: Once a product’s seal has been broken or packaging has been opened, we are unable to accept it back. This ensures that all items we sell remain fresh, authentic, and safe for use.

Used products: Any item that has been sprayed, tested, or partially used is considered non-refundable, even if only a small amount has been tried.

Items not in their original packaging: To qualify for a return, products must be returned exactly as received, with all original boxes, seals, and protective wrapping intact. Missing packaging or tampered seals make the product unsuitable for resale.
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return a product, please email us at bestperfumesbargain@gmail.com within the 3-day return window. Include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Once we’ve reviewed your request, our Customer Service team will provide step-by-step instructions for sending your item back.
Do you offer product exchange?
Please note that we do not currently offer product exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to place a new order.
