Order Placement

If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing an order, please contact us immediately. The process to create a binding contract between you and Best Perfumes Bargain is as follows:

You place an order for products by clicking the "Place Order" button at the end of the checkout process.
We will send an order acknowledgment email listing the items you’ve ordered, though this does not confirm your order.
When your items are shipped, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
The contract between us is completed when your items are dispatched, unless we have notified you that we cannot accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may occur for the following reasons:

The product is out of stock.
The product is unavailable for delivery to the address you provided.
Payment authorization cannot be obtained.
There is an error in pricing or product description.

Payment and Delivery

The price of products will be as displayed on the website at the time of placing your order, unless an obvious error occurs. If your order, dispatched via Standard Tracked or Express Tracked Delivery, has not arrived within 15 working days, please notify us immediately. We will consider your parcel as 'missing' and can offer a replacement or a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders, limit the quantity of items in your order, or restrict delivery to the billing address at our discretion. Additionally, we may withdraw or restrict the use of promotional codes or limit their combination with other offers.

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before it is dispatched. If any item in your order becomes unavailable, we will refund the cost of the unavailable items. However, we are not obligated to offer compensation for any inconvenience caused.

Cancellations and Refunds
